DescribeMe is a subscription service that uses AI to generate product listing content (titles, bullet points or quick facts, descriptions, and keywords/hashtags) for online marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Depop, and Facebook Marketplace, based on product information and/or photos you provide.

2. Subscription and Billing

Access to DescribeMe is provided on a recurring subscription basis, billed through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings; cancellation stops future billing but we do not guarantee refunds for the current billing period unless required by law.

3. Your Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of any product information or photos you submit, and for confirming that generated listings are accurate before publishing them on any marketplace. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, and you should review every listing before use.

4. User Data and Privacy

We collect and process user data, including your name, email, payment information, and the product details/photos you submit, as necessary to provide our services. For details on how we handle your data, including what we share with third parties, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Non-Personal Data Collection

We use web cookies to collect non-personal data for the purpose of improving our services and user experience.
